By joining the THIRD Street Founders Society (“Founders Society”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Donation

• Founders Society membership is reserved for 100 visionary donors who each make a founding contribution of $50,000 (“Donation”) or more in the 2025 – 2026 calendar year.
• The Donation is a charitable contribution and non-refundable. It secures your place as a Founding Contributor of THIRD Street.
  
  

2. Duration of Benefits

• Your membership includes two (2) years of access to Founders Society benefits beginning on the official launch of THIRD Street.
• Founders Society access may be extended beyond the initial two years at the discretion of THIRD Street and subject to additional contributions.
  
  

3. Founders Lounge Access

• Members will have exclusive access to the private Founders Lounge at THIRD Street during performances and select events.
• Access is reserved for members and their guest as determined by THIRD Street.
  
  

4. Box Seating & Concierge-Level Ticketing

• Founders Society members will enjoy personalized, concierge-style ticketing services.
• Tickets for THIRD Street performances and events are not included in membership and must be purchased separately.
• Access to box seating is based on first-come, first-available allocation for each ticketed event.
  
  

5. VIP Insider Access

• Members will be offered special invitations to select rehearsals, previews, and behind-the-scenes experiences.
• Specific events and opportunities are curated exclusively for Founders Society members and may vary by season.
  
  

6. Complimentary Bar Service & VIP Invitations

• Founders Society members and one guest will enjoy complimentary bar service before and after shows in designated areas.
• Members will also receive invitations to VIP receptions and gatherings.
• Additional VIP access opportunities may be available for purchase and reserved exclusively for members.
  
  

7. General Conditions

• Membership benefits are intended for personal use and may not be transferred or resold.
• THIRD Street reserves the right to adjust, substitute, or update benefits at its sole discretion in order to preserve the exclusivity and value of the Founders Society.
• Participation in the Founders Society does not grant ownership rights, governance, or decision-making authority in THIRD Street or its programming.
  
  

8. Recognition

• Founders Society members will be recognized publicly as part of the inaugural group of 100 Founders shaping THIRD Street. Recognition details will be determined by THIRD Street and may include listing on-site, online, and in select printed materials.
