THIRD Street brings together performance, broadcast production, education and event rental space as the cultural incubator for local stories to be created, produced, and launched.
Year-round programming powered by resident companies and guest collaborators. From original productions to co-presented series, these ticketed events create steady engagement and offer artists a platform to grow, connect, and thrive in front of local and visiting audiences.
Spaces at THIRD Street are designed to be broadcast-ready. Our technical infrastructure and in-house teams support livestreaming, capture, and post-production—turning performances and events into high-quality media products with extended reach.
THIRD Street partners with local colleges and creative institutions to deliver real-world training tied directly to the work happening inside THIRD Street. Programs will range from youth ensembles and technical apprenticeships to college-accredited certifications, preparing a local workforce for careers in the arts and media.
