Speakeasy
Our Speakeasy is a decommissioned movie theatre outfitted with modular furniture and a capacity of 200 guests. Perfect for networking, large corporate events, presentations, premiere screenings, poetry readings, small concerts and more.
Movie Theatres
Seven luxury movie theatres feature leather recliners with attached tray tables and are available in 30, 48 & 60 seat capacities. Great for smaller events that still require audiovisual components, corporate presentations and meetings, product launches, birthday parties, baby showers, awards ceremonies and movie screenings & premiers.
Restaurant & Bar
Located on the second floor, our light-filled restaurant/bar seats up to 200 guests comfortably and features a charming outdoor patio. In addition to our in-house catering options, a full commercial kitchen is available for rent by licensed caterers.
The View
This traditional, open, loft-style space, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Arts District, is ideal for that perfect wedding, anniversary or milestone birthday party. Educational workshops, seminars, trade shows, rehearsals and concerts also work well in this space.
