LAS VEGAS, NV (April 15, 2026) — THIRD Street Arts & Media Incubator has received a $250,000 Las Vegas arts donation from an anonymous founding donor, given in honor of Levi Fackrell, the beloved founder and former artistic director of Cockroach Theatre, now known as Vegas Theatre Company.
The gift comes through the Founders Society, THIRD Street’s early leadership giving community, and marks the beginning of an annual commitment. It will support performance, education, and collaborative programming as THIRD Street converts a former eight-screen cinema at 814 S. 3rd Street into a multi-venue arts campus in Downtown Las Vegas.
Honoring a builder of Las Vegas theatre
Levi Fackrell spent his career proving that ambitious, original work could take root here rather than somewhere else. The donor’s decision to attach his name to this gift ties THIRD Street’s future directly to that record.
Levi Fackrell believed deeply in people, in process, and in the power of theatre to build lasting community. Supporting THIRD Street in his honor felt like a meaningful way to invest not only in his legacy, but in the future he wanted to see.

What the gift makes possible
The commitment underwrites THIRD Street’s THIRD Space — the incubation and piloting program running this year — and helps fund the summer education pilots now in preparation.
